Flogging Molly :: Devil's Dance Floor
In honor of today, St. Patrick's Day, I've added Flogging Molly's Devil's Dance Floor from their Drunken Lullabies album.
If you haven't heard them you should kick yourself. Then listen to them.
They combine punk rock and traditional Irish folk music with David King's magnificent voice for the best Irish punk sound possible.
If you ever get a chance to see them live... DO IT!
I've seen them 3 or 4 times, and they get better every time. They are the only band that can still get me in a pit (I'm old and busted now, so pits aren't really my thing.)
While i don't normally do this I feel obligated by my internal need to share music with you; David King's wonderfully Irish voice use to be the front man for a horribly awesome metal band called Fastway, you can hear them here, the sounds are worlds apart but show his diversity.
